Looking for a custom wrought iron gate, railing, or maybe a front door to be the focal point of your house? This isn’t the best wrought iron, it’s wrought iron art. Fabian Parejas, owner of The Forger of NY is a blacksmith artist creating decorative and sculptural ironwork and of course, wrought iron gates and railings for outdoor stairs, indoor stairs, and balconies.
I ordered 10 ft front doors, outside railings, inside railings, a kitchen chandelier, and a mailbox. I will probably also order two driveway gates.

I disagree with a couple of the comments – this is art and anyone who has spent a few minutes working with steel or wrought iron would know how hard it is. Good work – we only work mainly with Palisade Fencing which doens't quite require the same level of skill!

Great wrought iron gate and railings pictures. I can tell that the wrought iron pieces are hand forged and scrolled into tiny scrolls which means lots of time and work went into each iron piece.

Nice work the first picture a great gate, the design is great and the height of the gate is well proportioned in relation to the pillars and not towering over the house.

Wow! I love these pictures with the custom made railings. It really makes each piece of property unique. My employer, McGraw-Hill, can help you create your stylish railing that will be unique to your property. Metal is typically the most common option with aluminum, wrought iron and steel being commonly used. However wood railings are also available if that's what you have in mind. McGraw-Hill even has CAD details you can download from their site. Check it out.

If you want to post a critical comment, please be more specific. Simply looking at the pictures on his website, it is evident that he is an artist. I have personally seen Fabian's work. He installed a front door on a house near me and it is not only gorgeous, but extremely high-quality. Inexpensive, it is certainly not. While it may be more than you are willing to pay, that does not mean it is overpriced.
You have not indicated why he is not an artist and although you indicated there are artists who are 10 times better, you have not indicated who is. You are certainly welcome to post any recommendations here. You imply that he did work for you and did not deliver on time, but you did not state that he in fact did work for you, what the work was, how late it was performed, whether there were any problems during installation, or whether you made any design changes. You did not indicate that his work was of poor quality, but you imply that you are not happy with the artistic nature of his work.
I have built houses, restored cars and I understand what's involved with this type of work. Additionally, I personally know someone who is related to Fabian. If you have a problem with his work that needs correcting, I would be happy to take a look at it and see if I can help you. You sound more like someone who lost a job to Fabian.
