Fudgie Wudgie Fudge is the best fudge!

October 31, 2007 by philesq 5 Comments

While at my favorite store today, Costco, I stopped to try a sample of fudge. I like fudge, but it’s not my favorite. It’s too sweet and usually tastes like eating a block of sugar. Today, I tasted the best fudge I’ve ever had, Fudgie Wudgie fudge. I met the owners of Fudgie Wudgie fudge, Keith and Ty, who were nice enough to keep feeding me their fudge. I probably ate a pound of samples.

It wasn’t just the best fudge I’ve had, this is fudge that I really love. It’s fudge, so it’s sweet, but it wasn’t too sweet. This fudge is really creamy and really, really good. My favorite is Belgian Chocolate Walnut Fudge and Maple Walnut Fudge. They have quite a few varieties of fudge and while looking on their website just now, I found Praline Penuche Fudge, which I am sure is simply outrageous.

If you like fudge, you have to try this. If you’re like me and thought that fudge is not quite your thing, you’ll change your mind when you try this fudge. The company has a cute name and logo Fudgie Wudgie and their fudge comes in a pretty box. This makes a fabulous gift item. It doesn’t say on the website how much it weighs, but I believe it’s 1 pound.

Order some today for gifts and for yourself too! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Other great fudge I’ve come across:

Roly’s English Fudge – handmade fudge at Kennebunkport, Maine

You made me yearn for some fudge. It got me wondering what Fudgie Wudgie Fudge tastes like and I will certainly try it out. Thank you!

Not sure who they think the owners of FudgieWudgie are, but it is NOT owned by Keith and Ty.

I worked for them and ran their Costco stand. Granted, the fudge is good, but because it has No Preservatives, it Doesn't Last. To run the stand in Costco, FudgieWudgie shipped me Expired Fudge. When I called to let them know, I was treated AWFUL !!!!

Because everyone liked me, they extended my stay for an additional 5 days, which I didn't mind at the time, but trying to collect my money MONTHS later has been……well…..months later I still have not been paid.

I call and the person I need to speak to is not available. I leave a message with who ever happens to pick up the phone, and my message in either not received to the person just decided not to call me back.

I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner, but they are Never available. They have yet to tell me why I have not been paid. They keep putting me off and putting me off. Guess I have to put a call in to my Lawyer.

I recently heard that a bunch of the Contractors checks got all mixed up and two peoples checks were sent to one person, across the country, etc.

For good fudge, their company reputation cannot withstand the bad publicity they get on a constant basis.

When I was selling, customers told me thye had bought it before and the fudge had Mold on it. They do not apologize. They are rude. They are evasive…..and now they do not have a signed contract with Costco for 2011. Hopefully Costco won't renew !!!!!

You can make homemade fudge that is much better and without the hassle of FudgieWudgie…….Buyer Beware….and Contractors too.

I agree with Tyler. My husband bought me a box of the Belgian chocolate fudge for Christmas and I simply hate it. It tastes way too over processed. A friend of mine had made me real fudge a few weeks ago and there's no comparison, stick with the real thing and don't waste your money. Now the problem is telling my husband that I don't like the fudge he gave me.

Don't know what Tyler ate, but the Fudgie Wudgie fudge I tried was amazing (the best fudge I've ever eaten, but I don't normally like fudge either). Its expensive but worth it as a luxury every couple years probably…

Lousy Fudge in my opinion. Save your money or buy an ice cream!
